GH Phipps Construction Companies Continues its Commitment to Green Technology by Partnering with Terra Moya Aqua Global Wind Energy Systems

Greenwood Village, Colo., — August 3, 2009 — GH Phipps Construction Companies is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Terra Moya Aqua (TMA) Global Wind Energy Systems--
a new manufacturer of wind energy systems that can be used by commercial industry, utility companies, small businesses and homeowners.

The TMA turbine offers substantial advantages over conventional propeller-style wind turbines
in increased efficiency in power generation; ease of maintenance and operation; lower profile

interference; quieter in operation; and no bird or bat casualties.

Production and market availability is slated for late Summer.

"GH Phipps is very excited about this partnership and consider it to be an intricate part of our corporate commitment to green energy and technology," said Charlie Graft, CEO of GH Phipps.

"Our partnership with GH Phipps will enable TMA’s leading edge technology in wind turbine energy to be a solution addressing global warming concerns, ever-increasing costs of fossil fuels, and the ability to integrate the TMA technology into existing and re-powered wind farms to increase the energy output," said Ronald J. Taylor, Founder and Chairman of Terra Moya Aqua.
