“The key to success for any company is to live and breathe its mission, vision and values. That is what I love most about working at Phipps…I get to work in a place where we do that every single day. I am so proud of what our employees accomplish for the company and for the communities we work in.”
In her limited spare time, Rhonda spends every minute she can playing with her two young nephews, Dylan and Colin.
